Whether you had a baby 2 weeks ago or 20 years ago...postpartum is forever and you are never "too far gone". Here are some common issues we assist our mamas with:

If you are outside the Billings area, we can meet over a virtual platform. While I would love to see you in person, the truth is that a lot can be done virtually!
What to expect:
We may have you get up and show us how you move and even have you lay down on the floor to coach you through some self assessments. Through education, visual demonstrations and coaching we will figure out a plan together to address your needs!
Pregnancy Wellness Program
Our all inclusive pregnancy readiness and postpartum recovery program!
Our program includes:
*Covering your pelvic floor's role in birth, what your body and baby does during labor and delivery and how you can help your body for a smoother birth.
*We will ensure balance in your body so baby has plenty of room to get into the right position.
*We will address your fitness goals for pregnancy and help you lay a solid foundation to continue being as active as you want to be.
*A signature “push prep” session where we teach you how to breathe and push properly to protect your pelvic floor.
*A dedicated labor and delivery/partner session where we will go over positioning, partner assistance and create a program for you to follow at home for labor prep.
We also believe that moms don't get enough postpartum care…have no fear, we got you!
The program will also include:
*2 week postpartum virtual check in with videos of basic foundational exercises to get started on as soon as you are ready
*6 week follow up to get an in-person physical assessment to check for diastasis, prolapse and scar healing
*Exercises for pelvic floor and core healing
*Assessment for readiness to return to higher impact activity (like running, lifting or any level of exercise)
*Guidance on returning to exercise/activity postpartum with individualized programming
You will also get access to our prenatal guide with educational material on all the stages of labor, our preferred providers list, hospital bag checklist, pregnancy and postpartum essentials, pictures and videos of labor and pushing positions, help with creating a birth plan and education on those early postpartum days.
