Treating the pelvic floor by treating the entire person.

Our approach.

Kegels don't cut it. Movement does. We take a full body approach, understanding the connection of the entire system and getting to the root cause of your symptoms. Kegels may slap a band-aid on your symptoms, but we are about symptom resolution so that you can live your best life.

You will work through our 3 phases of treatment to get you symptom free for good.

1 Assess & Restore

-Full body assessment to figure out the "why" behind your symptoms.

-Figure out the primary symptom driver and any contributing factors

-Restore muscle length, symmetry and mobility

-Decrease pain and calm symptoms

-Learn proper breathing mechanics

-Sync the pelvic floor with the deep core

2 Rebuild

-Challenge the deep core system with increased loads

-Strengthen and load supporting areas

-Monitor symptoms to increased demand

-Symptoms should stay under control or gone in this phase

3 Ownership

-Return to sport, high impact activities and/or symptomatic activities with guidance

-Spaced out visits

-Move into independent management

Meet Dr Beth

Dr Beth founded Arrow Pelvic PT with a passion for bringing modern, high quality, holistic care to an under-served population.

Beth is passionate about the perinatal population and loves to treat active women to help them achieve a leak free and pain free life.

She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Eastern Washington University and has gone on to take many advanced pelvic floor courses to treat this special population. She treats the pelvic floor with an orthopedic lens, takes a hands on approach and strives to bring the most updated care to her patients.

Outside of being a PT, Beth is a mom to her 3 babies, enjoys riding horses, drinking coffee, and squeezing in an episode of "The Office" during nap time.

Meet Dr Megan

Dr. Megan received her undergrad degree at Montana State and her doctorate degree in physical therapy at the University of Montana. She has several years of experience in pediatrics but has always had her finger on the field of pelvic health. After her own experience of having kids and her own pelvic dysfunction, she decided to dive into the field and has completed post professional training in pelvic floor rehab.

Dr. Megan is passionate about the peri-partum population. Prepping women for labor and educating about labor and delivery are super important to her. She also enjoys working with the peri-menopausal population and those with vaginismus. She is passionate about teaching women about their bodies and getting them in tune with how their body operates. She loves seeing how she can help women so that they don't have to experience pelvic floor issues.

Megan enjoys hiking and reading books. She loves a good sci-fi/fantasy. She also loves sharing the beauty of nature and the mountains with her 3 kids.
