Why this Matters

Most people are told to “just walk and stretch” during pregnancy—but that’s not enough.

Your body is going through major changes: shifting posture, increasing pressure, softening tissues. Without proper support, this can lead to discomfort during pregnancy and difficulty during labor or postpartum recovery.

Here’s what most people don’t know:

This is about more than comfort—it’s about empowerment.

How Pelvic Floor Therapy Helps

We work with your body—not against it—to prepare for one of the most powerful events of your life.

Here’s how pelvic floor therapy supports your pregnancy and birth:

Pregnancy doesn’t have to be miserable. We help relieve back pain, SI joint pain, pubic symphysis pain, pelvic pressure, sciatica, and neck tension using gentle, hands-on therapy and movement strategies.

We teach you how to connect to your pelvic floor and core, how to breathe and push effectively, and how to create mobility and balance in your pelvis to support optimal baby positioning.

Labor is athletic. We help you train your body—not just to get through it, but to feel confident and in control. That includes functional strength, breathwork, and strategies to stay calm and coordinated during contractions.

Whether you’re hoping for a VBAC, preparing for your first birth, or planning a C-section, we tailor your care to your preferences and needs. No one-size-fits-all plans here.
