Arrow was born from a deep conviction and a mama’s heart.
After becoming a mom myself, I was shocked by the gaps in care for women’s pelvic health. The leaking, the heaviness, the pain during intimacy — it was all brushed off as “normal.” But I knew there had to be a better way. I had a vision for something different — something truly supportive, whole-body, and life-changing for women and moms. So, I quit my hospital job, loaded my treatment table into my minivan, and started showing up on doorsteps — one mama at a time.
What started as a one-woman mobile clinic has grown into a beautiful space and a team of four, all united by one mission: to rewrite the standard of care for women’s pelvic health.
The name Arrow comes from Psalm 127:4, a verse that carried me through my first pregnancy:
“Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth.”
This verse reminded me of both the strength and sacredness of motherhood. I knew I had to weave it into the foundation of my business — a place that supports moms, honors their bodies, and helps them rise strong.
I’ve lived this work personally. After my first baby, I struggled with pelvic heaviness, leaking, and pain with sex. I’ve walked the road of recovery, and with each of my four babies — each birth, each postpartum season — I’ve learned more as both a mom and a physical therapist. I’ve had babies with OBs and midwives, in hospitals and in birth centers. My last birth was an out-of-hospital water birth — truly a dream come true. Every woman’s birth story is sacred, and I’m here to support them all.
At Arrow, we don’t settle for “good enough.” We go beyond Kegels, beyond the cookie-cutter protocols, and get to the root of the issue — treating the whole body, not just the pelvic floor. Our approach is different because it has to be. Women deserve better. Moms deserve better.
This isn’t just physical therapy. It’s a calling.
And we’re here to help you reclaim your body, your confidence, and your full, vibrant life.
